In the mid 1930's a young man named Harry Fallon worked along with his father Joseph who was electrician in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, working in both the navy yard and doing odd electrical jobs.  His father Joe went on to become the Chief Electrician in the Navy Yard and Harry became a Radar Technician on Naval installments, in 1946 Harry left working with the Navy and started Fallon and Madson Electric, which became Am-O-Lite Electric and than Harry F. Fallon and Sons, bringing this 3 sons Robert, Richard and Joseph into the business in 1977 Harry took on a Consultants role and his oldest son Robert took over what was now called Fallon Electric, Robert brought his 5 sons, Robert, Sean, Stephen, Daniel and Keith into the business, in 2004 Robert took on a Consultants role while remaining the Licensee for the company and his 2 oldest sons Robert and Sean took on the Day to Day operations of the business in 2006 Sean took over Fallon Electric and Robert,  Am-O-Lite.   Sean brought his sons Sean Jr, and Kyle into the business as a fifth generation electricians.
